What is Soft Tissue Therapy?

What are the benefits?

Soft tissue therapy sessions will help to ease any stiff muscles or joint pains. This enabling better recovery to help the body perform daily tasks with ease, lessening the risk of injury. A therapy session will leave you with improved circulation, increased flexibility and a reduction of pain in the body. What our patients say about us

  • Andy did a great job on my shoulder helping to recover from a lingering injury. He is calm, methodical, and professional. And exceptionally good at releasing those excruciating little muscle knows. Highly recommended.

    GREY SOUTHEY

  • Absolutely brilliant, I had been suffering back, shoulder and neck pain for years after a chest infection and accident a few years later, now my back feels great and my shoulders finally have some strength to them, I couldn’t recommend a better physio, found the route of each problem and fixed them! It may take weeks or months but stick to it because wow 🤩 it’s worth it!

    ELLIE DOLLEY

  • I can’t thank Andy enough for his kindness and patience. I turned up with sever Achilles problems in both legs, a crazy plan and a short time scale. He listen and accepted my crazy plan was going to happen no matter what and therefore came up with a treatment plan. A plan that worked and a plan that I will always be grateful to him for. I really cannot recommend West Berkshire Injury Clinic enough. Thank you Andy.
