Lee graduated with a Master’s Degree in Sports Therapy in 2020 and is a Member of the Society of Sports Therapists. He also has a sports trauma qualification and has worked pitch side and in player clinics for local rugby teams (Newbury, Hungerford, Berkshire County, Reading University), and other sports such as cycling and ice hockey.
Previously, Lee worked in Health and Fitness after graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Sports Science. He also gained other qualifications including Sports Massage and worked with people to achieve their health, fitness and rehabilitation goals in over a decade in the industry, including the occasional elite athlete.
Lee is also a qualified rugby coach, an England Touch rugby player at Masters level and has a varied sporting history including football, triathlon and karate.
Lee’s life in sport, health and fitness gives him a great understanding across a variety of personal circumstances. He understands everyone is different and enjoys helping people overcome their injuries or aches and pains using a combination of treatment, education and rehabilitation.
When not working, training or supporting his wife’s netball addiction, Lee likes to relax or do something fun with family or friends, ideally accompanied by one of his favourite ciders.
