Kate Croxford

After gaining a degree in Equine Science, and working extensively with horses and riders, Kate decided to retrain, at Oxford Brookes University, and secured a Masters Degree (with Merit) in Osteopathy.

With an extensive knowledge of equine anatomy and physiology, as well as injury assessment and management, Kate is now able to apply this knowledge to people!

With a keen interest in sports rehabilitation, Kate has worked extensively with Hungerford, and Berkshire rugby teams providing taping, rehabilitation and pitch side first aid.

Kate enjoys treating ‘your average Joe or Joanne’, whether they have work-related aches and pains, persistent niggles or wish to improve mobility in order to take up a sport or hobby; she works with each individual to find the best possible solution and, due to her own history of injury and back problems (horse riding from an early age), has an enormous amount of empathy.

Kate is enjoying her role as clinical lead for West Berkshire Injury Clinic and working with the other therapists in maximising their potential and improving standards.

Kate is registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC)
